Session outcomes
What AI can and cannot do. An overview of where we are in AI development before anyone touches the tools: where AI is genuinely strong, where it falls short. A few live examples of applying AI to the kind of work your team actually does. We also cover how your data is handled and the simple rules for what goes in and what does not.
Build your first agent – AI Chief of Staff. Everyone sets up their own assistant that knows their role, their priorities and how they prefer to work. Everyone builds their first agent in the room at their own pace with help on hand. It works in Claude or Codex, whichever your company uses.
Put it to work. The first real conversation, using a task each person brought from their week. Not a warm-up. Then a share-back: what surprised you, what was useful, what you would refine.
Examples of what we can expand to cover:
A leadership team in aviation services
A personal Board of Advisors, then a real decision
Each leader built three to five named AI personas with distinct expertise, including an operational risk expert and an industry outsider who asks “why do you do it that way?”. Then each brought one decision they had been deferring and put it to the board.
The value was in the friction between the advisors’ views. The closing discussion moved from personal tools to where the business as a whole was already ahead, and which team was the natural next step.
A property group SENIOR TEAM
A dashboard from their own data, then their first AI pipeline
Directors and assistants in the room together, across development, lettings and wholesale. After lunch everyone built a working dashboard from a spreadsheet shaped like their own data, then changed the data and rebuilt it to see how the shape of the data drives what a dashboard can show.
The last hour was the team’s first AI pipeline, designed live around their weekly pulse meeting: what could be collected automatically, what could be summarised beforehand, what the agenda could build itself from, and what still genuinely needs a person.

Teams work on their own data or a real process and have something running by the end. Fits a three-hour slot or a full afternoon inside a wider off-site agenda.

The morning plus a Board of Advisors afternoon, for a senior team with real decisions to stress-test.

For a team that has done the first day: pick the next process and convert it. One client runs these monthly.

How we get to your day
Five steps. Only the first takes any real effort from you.
Step 1
A 30-minute call
Who is in the room, where the team is with AI now, which real process or decision the afternoon should be built around, and anything to address early. The job-security question comes up, and it is better raised on the day than left in the room.
Step 2
We draft the day
We develop the hands-on exercises and skills we will run through during the day.
We prepare material shaped like your business: sample data in the form of your own, or a starting description of the process you want to redesign.
You get an agenda shaped to your team, plus a short document describing what everyone will leave with and the things to do before the day.
Step 3
Pre-flight
We help you to get your company Claude or Codex accounts set up (if you don’t have them already); making sure the app installed and checked in advance so failures surface before the morning, and each person bringing a real task.
Step 4
The day
We run the agreed agenda at the location you choose.
Your team turns up with their laptops and a willingness to learn.
Step 5
Follow-up
We provide choices for keeping the momentum and the learning going, including the options in the next section.
